Delete your data

Option 1 — from the dashboard

1. Sign in to your Autogram dashboard
2. Go to Settings → Delete account
3. Confirm. Deletion begins immediately.

Option 2 — by email

1. Email privacy@autogram.co.in from the address registered to your account
2. Include your Instagram handle so we can locate the records
3. We confirm receipt within 2 business days

Option 3 — revoke access from Instagram

You can cut Autogram off at the source at any time, without contacting us:

1. Open Instagram and go to Settings → Apps and websites
2. Find Autogram and choose Remove

This immediately stops all automation. Meta notifies us, and we delete the associated data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account, email address, and profile details
• All Instagram access tokens we hold
• Connected Instagram account records
• Every campaign, keyword, and message template
• All collected leads and message delivery logs
• Stored webhook events
• Tracked link records and click data

What we keep, and why

We retain payment and invoice records where Indian tax and accounting law requires it. These contain the transaction amount and date, not your Instagram data.

How long it takes

• Immediately — automation stops and access tokens are revoked
• Within 30 days — all data is permanently erased, including backups
