Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Autogram, operated by Autogram (sole proprietorship) at autogram.co.in. By using Autogram, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What Autogram does

Autogram sends automated private replies to people who comment specified keywords on your Instagram posts and reels, using Meta's official Instagram Messaging API.

2. Who can use it

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You need an Instagram professional account, Business or Creator
• You must comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Instagram's Community Guidelines

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Not spam. Automated messages must be relevant to what the person asked for.
• Stay compliant. You are responsible for your account's adherence to Instagram's policies.
• Give accurate information. Do not misrepresent your identity or business.
• Keep your account secure. Protect your login credentials.
• Respect the limits. Do not attempt to bypass system-enforced rate limits.

You agree not to:

• Use Autogram for any illegal or harmful purpose
• Send content that violates Instagram's guidelines
• Send adult, violent, or discriminatory content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attack the service
• Resell access to Autogram without our written permission

4. Your Instagram account

Autogram uses Meta's official API, which is the lowest-risk way to automate messaging. Even so, we cannot guarantee that your account will never face restrictions. Excessive volume or spammy message content can trigger Instagram's automated systems, and you are solely responsible for the content of the messages you configure.

5. Payment

• Paid plans are billed monthly through Razorpay
• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST where applicable
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel
• We will give 30 days notice before changing the price of your plan
• Refunds are handled under our refund and cancellation policy

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime can happen for maintenance, or because of changes to Meta's API that are outside our control.

7. Limitation of liability

Autogram is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost revenue, lost data, lost profits, or for Instagram account restrictions arising from your content or usage patterns. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Suspension and termination

You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
